Director at Swedish private-equity firm murdered
A director at the Swedish private-equity firm EQT Partners was discovered in a delivery van – killed by 13 gunshots.

A 36-year-old director at private-equity firm EQT Partners AB, who previously worked for Morgan Stanley, has been found murdered in a delivery van in a Munich suburb.
He was killed by 10 to 13 gunshots, detective Markus Kraus said at a press conference Monday, Bloomberg reports.
The Munich police have arrested three men in connection with the murder: a German aged 40, a 54 year-old Macedonian and Croatian citizen and an unknown third person.
He was killed trying to sell his Audi A8 luxury sedan. The car was found near the dead body.
The man was reported missing Jan 14 by his wife. He was last seen alive when he left his apartment the same morning.
He joined the Munich office of EQT last year, specializing in infrastructure and energy mergers and acquisitions, according to the EQT website. Previously he worked at Morgan Stanley in Frankfurt and JPMorgan and Dresdner Kleinwort in London.
