Stockholm Business Region and The Swedish Wire have kicked off an exciting collaboration in a move to boost awareness of business and investment opportunities in the Swedish capital.

Stockholm Business Region is the official investment promotion agency of Stockholm. The organisation’s goal is to make Stockholm the leading growth region in Northern Europe.

As part of the collaboration The Swedish Wire will write articles and analysis that will be published in Stockholm Business Region’s newsletter and on its website. You’ll also find the articles at The Swedish Wire.

“In our efforts to develop our communication with international investors, a collaboration with Swedish Wire was a perfect fit as it is the leading online media focusing on Swedish business news”, said Per Holmlund, PR Manager at Stockholm Business Region.

It's absolutely essential for us to communicate our assets and opportunities to keep attracting talents and investment”, he added.

The Swedish Wire was launched in June of 2009 by Johan Nylander, former London correspondent at business daily Dagens Industri. Today the website has more than 50,000 unique readers a month, mainly from the United States and Europe. The Swedish Wire is also content provider for the Swedish Marketing Federation and has for a year and a half been writing stock market analysis for Nasdaq OMX Nordic.
