Nigel Green, founder and CEO of financial advisory deVere Group, warned that a “No” in the Greek referendum on Sunday would turn the country into “another Argentina”.

“Now Greece is in the Eurozone it has to stay and make it work.

“The consequences of not doing so are grim.  Greece could become another Argentina.

“With Greeks already storming banks, queuing at now increasingly empty ATMs, ever barer supermarket shelves, and petrol stations running out of fuel, Greece is already looking eerily like Argentina in economic terms.

“Thanks to Tspiras’ attempts at creating a socialist utopia for the last five months, Greece is now almost out of euros. The ECB is the only organisation that can create the Euros that Greece desperately needs and only the European institutions can supply the credit.
