Alfa Laval: Alfa Laval acquires a leading supplier of cooling equipment to the OEM engine market

Alfa Laval - a world leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling - has acquired Champ Products Inc., based in Sarasota, Florida, USA. The company is recognized for its deep knowledge of engine cooling and is today perceived as a leading company in the North American market, with sales of about SEK 100 million in 2009 and some 75 employees. Champ Products will be consolidated as of January 5, 2010.
