Reference is made to the press release issued on 2 July 2012. Nobina has now received support from approximately 80% of the outstanding bonds. To reach the 98% minimum acceptance level, Nobina will need support from one final large bondholder. To allow this investor the opportunity to further assess the offer, the last day for the offer is extended from 6 July 2012 to 13 July 2012.
