"The security situation in the Ivory Coast has improved and we have no reason anymore to stop extraditing and deporting (immigrants) to the country," Sweden's immigration office said in a statement.
But the decision does not mean some people cannot seek asylum, it added.
Sweden, the fourth largest asylum country among industrialised nations, last December halted the transfers of Ivory Coast migrants back home due to violence in the aftermath of elections in the west African country.
Alassane Ouattara assumed the presidency earlier this month after former strongman Laurent Gbagbo was ousted on April 11 for refusing to hand over power, plunging the country into a tense and violent crisis that left more than 1,000 dead.
