AP said millionaire Hans Rausing has appeared in court charged with preventing the lawful and decent burial of his wife Eva, whose body was found underneath several layers of clothing and bin bags at their luxury London home.

48-year old Eva Rausing was found dead by police in the couple's house in Cadogan Place, Belgravia, on 9 July.

Hans Rausing, who looked frail in the dock at West London Magistrates' Court, was granted conditional bail to appear again at Isleworth Crown Court on July 26.
