Saab is like a zombie that will not die: WSJ

• Assets of bankrupt Saab sold to NEVS
Wall Street Journal said that like a character in a zombie B-movie, Sweden’s Saab Automobile is turning out to be the car brand that will not die.
After two decades and billions of dollars wasted by General Motors and Dutch auto maker Spyker NV trying to save the auto maker before months of failed rescued attempts by Chinese investors that ended last December, the little-known National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB, or NEVS, has bought a large part of the bankrupt Swedish company’s assets for an undisclosed sum, it said.
The report ended: Saab fans will wish NEVS well. But everyone knows, when it comes to horror-movie sequels, the law of diminishing returns tends to apply.
